Application Process

The marking line should be applied after the primer is completely dried. Applying before drying may cause flux penetration and bubbles in the coating film.

Thermoplastic paint is solid powder at normal temperature. Place paint into melting kneader and stir while melting at 200-210°C. Transfer molten coating to marking machine's insulation hopper and maintain material in molten state.

For optimal night reflection, spread glass beads simultaneously with line application. Glass beads should sink 60-70% into coating film for best reflective effect.

Allow marking line to solidify naturally for optimal adhesiveness and trimming. If speed-limiting cooling is necessary, wait briefly after coating before applying water.
