Application Method of Thermoplastic Paint:

1. Surface Preparation: Clean the surface to be coated thoroughly. Remove dirt, dust, grease, and any loose materials. Make sure the surface is dry and smooth for better adhesion.

2. Pre - heat the Equipment: Pre - heat the hot - melt coating equipment, such as the melting kettle or spray gun, to the appropriate temperature according to the product instructions. This temperature is usually within a specific range to ensure the proper melting of the coating material.

3. Melt the Coating: Pour the hot - melt coating material into the pre - heated equipment and allow it to melt completely. Stir gently if necessary to ensure uniform melting.

4. Application:
- For spraying: Adjust the spray gun settings according to the required thickness and width of the coating. Hold the spray gun at a proper distance from the surface and spray evenly. Overlap each pass slightly to ensure complete coverage.
- For pouring or spreading: Pour the melted coating onto the surface and use a suitable tool, like a squeegee or trowel, to spread it evenly to the desired thickness. Work quickly as the coating will start to solidify once it cools.

5. Curing: Allow the applied hot - melt coating to cool and solidify naturally. Do not touch or disturb the coating during this process to ensure it forms a proper and durable layer.
